How to download:
By clicking the down arrow on the far right of any routine, your browser will automatically download your video. Most likely, you will find your video in your “Downloads” folder, unless you specified elsewhere. We recommend downloading your selection of videos and saving them someplace safe, like a cloud drive such as iCloud, OneDrive, or Dropbox. If you have any issues, please contact us!
